Our customers are always the priority. Our products and services are designed around their needs and our staff are trained to deliver good customer outcomes at every stage of the lending process.

The foundation of our approach is SPIRIT, which stands for Service, Passion, Innovation, Respect, Integrity and Teamwork. These are the values at the core of the business; they dictate what we do and how we do it.

We look for SPIRIT values at every level of the business, from frontline staff in our retail stores, to support staff in our call centres and senior managers and Board members. We actively reward staff who demonstrate exceptional commitment to their customers and colleagues.

SPIRIT originated in our Money Shop stores but is being incorporated into our online brands too. We measure performance against SPIRIT values and reward people who actively embody them.
